300 grams noodles 🍜
1 teaspoon Hakka Noodles Masala 🥄
2 tablespoons soy sauce 🍶
2 tablespoons green chilli sauce 🌶️
7 to 8 garlic cloves, grated 🧄
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup 🍅
1 teaspoon salt 🧂
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon Ajinomoto 🧂
2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce 🔥

1️⃣ Cook the Noodles: 🍜
Boil water in a large pot, add 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to prevent sticking.
