५ आलू को उबाल कर मसल लेगें
४ चीज़ क्यूब को किस लेंगे
१/२ चम्मच लाल मिर्च
१/२ चम्मच गरम मसाला
८ चम्मच मैदा
१ चम्मच नमक
२१/२ चम्मच चिली फ्लेक्स
१ चम्मच ओरिगैनो
खाने के तेल
बड़े बर्तन में सभी सामग्री डालकर अच्छे से मिला लेंगें और गूँथ लेंगें। छोटे छोटे रोल बना लेंगें और गरम तेल में तल लेंगे। लाल होने तक तेज और धीमी तेल पर तल लेंगें।
गरमागरम आलू और चीज़ की स्टिक तैयार हैं।

Ingredients for Potato Cheese Sticks Recipe
Boil 5 potatoes and mash them
4 cheese cube & grind it
1/2 teaspoon red chilies
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
८ teaspoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
21/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
Edible oil
Put all the ingredients in a large vessel, mix well and knead them. Make small rolls and fry them in hot oil. Fry on fast and slow oil till it becomes red.
Hot Potato and Cheese sticks are ready to serve.
