🛒 Ingredients:
🍚 2 bowls all-purpose flour
🌿 A little peppermint
🌱 1 tablespoon ova
🧂 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin seeds
🌱 Some green peas
🌶️ 4 green chillies, chopped
🍋 1/2 tablespoon amchur powder
🌶️ 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
⚫ 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
🧂 2 tablespoons salt
🛢️ Edible oil
🔥 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
🧂 1/2 tablespoon rock salt
🥔 4 large potatoes, boiled & finely chopped
👨🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough 🥣
🍚 Take all-purpose flour and add 10 tablespoons of oil.
🧂 Add 1 tablespoon salt, mix well, and gradually add water to knead the dough.
🕒 Let it rest for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Stuffing 🍲
🔥 Heat oil on medium flame, add fennel seeds, cumin powder & chopped green chillies.
