🫘 1 bowl chickpeas (soaked overnight & boiled in the morning)
🧅 2 large onions (finely chopped)
🍅 1 tomato (chopped)
🍃 5 to 6 bay leaves

🍬 1 piece rock sugar (lentil sugar)
🥄 2 tablespoons coriander powder
🌶️ 4 green chillies
🧄 14 to 15 garlic cloves

🧂 1 1/2 teaspoon Chole masala
⚫ 1 1/2 teaspoon black masala (kala masala)
🍗 1 1/2 teaspoon chicken masala (optional)
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌕 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
🌶️ 2 finely chopped green chillies

🌾 1/2 kg all-purpose flour (sieved)
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🥄 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
🌿 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
🥛 1/2 bowl yoghurt

1. Heat edible oil in a pan. Add whole spices, sauté them & then add green chillies. 🔥
