🟢 250 grams of Bhindi / Okra, cut into small pieces (as shown in the video)
🧅 1 large onion, sliced
🍅 1 tomato, chopped
🌿 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander-cumin powder
🟡 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
🌶️ 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

🧄 8 cloves garlic, crushed
