8 Egg boiled
3 tomatoes ground
2 tablespoons coriander powder
2 tablespoons garam masala
1 teaspoon red chilli
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chicken masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 spoon Chaat Masala
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
3 chopped onions
1 1/2 inch ginger
3 small bay leaves
1 piece of lentil sugar
1 large cardamom
8 to 6 garlic cloves
3 green chili chopped
You will pierce the egg with a fork spoon. Take some oil in the pan, add some chicken masala, little chaat masala and red chilli and fry eggs in that mixture.
Grind onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Put a little oil in the pan and put the spices in it and then add grinned mixture and fry well until it becomes light red. Now add coriander powder, red chilli, chicken powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and mix well.
After frying the masala, add tomato puree and fry well then add 2 teaspoons cream and fenugreek . Now add eggs then after few seconds add some hot water and let it boil well.
